TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUND
1.	Refunds only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Man who have purchased any Whiskas 12 Pouch multipack and who comply with these terms and conditions.
2.	Refunds available on Whiskas 12 pack multipack only. (Individual Whiskas pouches and other Whiskas products are not included).
3.	In order to claim your refund, you must: print the official application form from www.whiskas.co.uk and complete your personal details; explain why you believe your cat does not like Whiskas cat food in 15 words or more; send the completed, application form, your original dated till receipt (photocopies will not be accepted) and the bar code at the bottom of the Whiskas multipack to 'Whiskas Cat Food Money Back Offer’, PO Box 133, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1HH (UK Residents) or Mars Ireland, Burton Court, Burton Hall Drive, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18. (ROI Residents). Do not send the entire multipack packaging.
4.	All applications must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase/ by 31 December 2009, whichever is sooner. Claims received after that period will not be accepted.
5.	All costs associated with claiming your money back pursuant to this offer (including postage costs) shall be the responsibility of the claimant.
6.	Only claims using an official application form, and accompanied by an original till receipt and bar code from the bottom of the pack will be accepted.
7.	Maximum of one claim per household. No bulk or third party claims will be accepted.
8.	Your statutory rights are not affected by this offer.
9.	Claimants submitting a valid claim will receive a refund to the value of their original purchase, as indicated on the original till receipt. The refund will be issued in cheque form, which will be made out to the name provided on the claim form. Please allow 28 days for the receipt of your refund from validation of a claim.
10.	No responsibility will be accepted for claims that are lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by the promoter.
11.	The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this offer at any time, with no liability to any claimant or any third party.
12.	By submitting a claim, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries submitted which are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be valid and the Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion to refuse such claims at any time during the offer.
13.	This offer and the terms and conditions of the refund are governed by English Law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this offer.
